For my graduation internship at Wittario, I worked on improving the onboarding experience and content creation tools to help corporate clients navigate the platform with ease.

Timeline
February - June 2025
During this graduation project, I focused on improving the usability and onboarding process of a gamified learning platform. The project involved UX research, user testing, interface redesign, and collaboration with developers and stakeholders. The final design aimed to reduce the learning curve and make the platform more intuitive for new users.
I began by conducting user interviews with both new and returning users, as well as competitor analysis, to understand pain points in onboarding and using the platform. This helped define the main UX goals for the redesign.
After my research was done, I analysed the data and sorted it using an affinity diagram.
Together with the Wittario team, we ideated on the solutions that would best tackle the pain points found during my research. By hosting workshops where we used different types of ideation techniques, I could then create concepts of the different solutions.
High-fidelity prototypes were built in Figma and included interactive flows. These were used to simulate real onboarding journeys that would later be used during testing.
The prototype was tested with target users. Based on their feedback, I improved the clarity of instructions, reduced unnecessary steps, and clarified button labels.
Occupation: HR Manager
Goals: Creating fun and engaging games for new employees to play during onboarding.
Pain Points: Gets overwhelmed by too many options, and does not have much time to learn a new platform.
